great access to parks and fine lake views
The park view from our room was fine, and being just a few minutes' walk from the beautiful Parco Civico Teresio Olivelli made our weekend strolls so enjoyable. We couldn't have asked for a better experience with a pool right by the lake to relax after exploring.

The views from the rooms offer fine perspectives of Lake Como, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee. The outdoor pool features amazing scenery of the rolling hills and Alps.
Despite the beauty surrounding the hotel, some of the room furnishings are outdated and not what you'd expect from a luxury hotel. The bathrooms could use a refresh, especially with their dated decor. The green marble and cave-like shower feel more like a throwback than a luxury offering. The dining options, while adequate, lack variety and aren't priced proportionately to the quality served. You'll also notice a lack of coffee-making facilities in the rooms, which adds an extra hassle to your morning routine. Noise levels from neighboring rooms and hallways can disturb sleep, so a light sleeper may want to keep this in mind.

The fascilites and location. The view.
The staff were incredibly rude. Incredibly so. They would not book us a dinner table at either of the two restaurants in the hotel, and asked us to go some place else when it was raining cats and dogs outside. When we insisted on staying inside and had dinner at the hotels restaurant. We noticed over ten tables were completely unoccupied. Over all very obnoxious staff.

What an lovely experience!
Wow, this place is fine! Our balcony room had amazing lake views, and the food was delish, especially breakfast. We loved lounging by the floating pool. The concierge service was pricey. They charged us way too much for simple transport, a bummer.

Couples will love this place
You know, the very nice staff really wowed me, especially Marco the bellman. He helped us load everything from our wedding trip into the van and even sent us off with waters for the drive to Tuscany. It's the little things, right?
It wasn't cheap, but worth every dime.

stayed for 3 nights with my girlfriend, location is wonderful, building and decorating as you would expect (stylish). risk of guests being too much upper-class and likewise atmosphere, that was absolutely not the case: staff is very friendly and helpful, no arrogance. great pool in the lake, dinner is excellent.
